Egri Vörös (Eger Red) 2001

Deep sour cherry color, its rich, fruity nose cannot be confused with other wines. Its taste is lead by a good acid balance emphasizing the important role of the tanins, escorted by southern and ripe fruity ornaments. It showcases all the advantages of the ageing in wooden barrels. Charming, very friendly and also a masculine wine. A good example of a medium vintage.
