Paptag Fehérbor (Paptag White Wine) 2007

Paptag fehérbor

We are not sure what was the intention of the winemaker with this wine. Maybe one of the hills started to produce such a variety that would have been a mistake to blend with others or with other hills. If the winemaker wanted to try the white potential of the excellent hill where the Pinot Noir is also originated, then it was definitely a success. The wine is bodied, respectable and needs a lot of time. Moderate, but clean in the nose, likeable. Hint of the new barrel in the taste, high alcohol. Elegant, so to say, a petite wine. Nice, charming, peach and other fruits in the finish.
